Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of SiteNova ChannelPulse, a private YouTube analytics and monetization readiness dashboard operated by SiteNova Technologies LLC.
1. Service Description
SiteNova ChannelPulse provides a private dashboard for users to monitor their owned or managed YouTube channels. Features may include channel import, subscriber tracking, view tracking, watch-hour reporting, daily live traffic snapshots, upload tracking, and YouTube Partner Program readiness indicators.
2. Account Access
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity under their account. Users must provide accurate account information and must not share access in a manner that compromises security.
3. Authorized Channel Use Only
You may connect and monitor only Google accounts and YouTube channels that you own, manage, or are otherwise authorized to access. You must not connect accounts or channels without permission.
4. Google and YouTube APIs
SiteNova ChannelPulse relies on Google OAuth, YouTube Data API, and YouTube Analytics API for certain features. Your use of Google and YouTube connected features is also subject to applicable Google and YouTube terms and policies, including the YouTube Terms of Service, Google Privacy Policy, and Google API Services User Data Policy.
SiteNova ChannelPulse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Google, YouTube, or Alphabet Inc.
5. Read-Only Access
The application is designed to use read-only YouTube and YouTube Analytics access. SiteNova ChannelPulse does not upload, publish, edit, delete, or modify YouTube videos, playlists, comments, or channel settings.
6. Lifetime Access and Manual Voucher Purchase
SiteNova ChannelPulse may offer lifetime access through a manual purchase and voucher-code activation process. Payment is handled manually outside the automated checkout flow unless otherwise stated. After payment confirmation, an administrator may generate and provide a voucher code used to activate a lifetime account.
7. No Guarantee of Monetization
Dashboard metrics and readiness indicators are informational only. YouTube makes final decisions regarding YouTube Partner Program eligibility, monetization approval, policy enforcement, and channel status. SiteNova ChannelPulse does not guarantee monetization, approval, revenue, traffic, subscriber growth, or channel performance.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with system security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload the service, violate applicable laws, violate Google or YouTube policies, or use the service for deceptive, abusive, or unlawful activity.
9. API Availability and Limitations
Google and YouTube API availability, quota, policy, data latency, and reporting behavior may change. Some metrics may be delayed, unavailable, limited by quota, or subject to Google/YouTube API rules. We are not responsible for third-party API outages, delays, quota limits, or policy changes.
10. Data Accuracy
We work to display useful data from authorized API responses, but we do not guarantee that every metric is real-time, complete, error-free, or identical to YouTube Studio. Some traffic features use stored snapshots and may differ from YouTube Studio’s internal real-time reports.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, causes security risk, abuses the service, violates applicable law, or uses the service in a way that may harm SiteNova ChannelPulse, other users, Google, YouTube, or third parties.
12. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteNova Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of monetization, or business interruption related to use of the service.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
